§ 7104

(a) License. — It shall be unlawful for any person to purchase, receive or possess explosive materials in the State without obtaining a license from the issuing authorities. (b) Federal license or permit. — Any person who possesses a license or permit under Title XI of the Organized Crime Control Act [18 U.S.C. § 841 et seq.] properly covering the activities of such person shall not be required to obtain a license under this section.16 Del.
