§ 7105

No person shall sell or distribute explosive materials to any person without first obtaining a copy of the license which authorizes the distributee to purchase, receive or possess explosive materials as provided in this chapter; provided that such person shall not be required to again obtain a copy of said license during the effective term shown on said license.16 Del.
