Any person engaged in blasting shall make reasonable efforts to notify persons residing in areas that may be affected by blasting, and businesses, schools, churches and other public and private enterprises located in areas that may be affected by blasting of the intent to engage in blasting and the schedule for blasting, including the dates and times during which the person will engage in blasting. For purposes of this section, 'any person' shall not include law enforcement officers acting within the scope of their duties.75 Del. Laws, c. 401, § 1;
