§ 9003

A written application by a health facilities corporation for a subsidy contract shall be submitted to the Department. The Department or, in the discretion of the Department, the Health Facilities Planning Council, Inc., shall review the application and make a recommendation to the issuing officers to approve or disapprove a subsidy contract.
