(a) The Department of Health and Social Services, in collaboration with the Delaware State Fire Commission and the Division of Professional Regulations, shall promulgate regulations for implementation of the REPLICA Compact, Chapter 98A of this title. (b) The Division of Public Health, the State Fire Commission, and the Division of Professional Regulations shall enter into a memorandum of understanding to identify roles and responsibilities of the partnering agencies under the REPLICA Compact, Chapter 98A of this title.81 Del.
