§ 140

(a) The Department may conduct throughout the State an educational campaign on street and highway safety. (b) Such campaign shall be conducted by the Department in the manner which it deems most beneficial to accomplish the purpose thereof, and the Department may use and employ the facilities of the Delaware Safety Council, Delaware Automobile Association and any similar organization.38 Del.
