§ 177

The Department may enter into agreements with other states, counties, towns or with the federal government respecting financing, planning, establishment, improvement, maintenance, use, regulation or vacation of controlled-access facilities or other public ways in its jurisdiction to facilitate the purposes of this subchapter.17 Del.
