§ 1106

All outdoor advertising signs, displays and devices shall be removed by the outdoor advertiser or other person erecting, owning, maintaining or displaying the same, or, in the event of that person's default, by the owner or tenant of the premises upon which any such sign, display or device is located, within 30 days from the date of the expiration or revocation of the permit for the same.42 Del.
