§ 1307

Any interested party before the Superior Court may appeal the Court's decision to the Supreme Court, within 30 days of the final order thereon, regarding the question of whether the road, bridge or right-of-way shall be vacated or abandoned or the question of the amount of damages and their apportionment or any other matter raised at the Superior Court hearing.26 Del.
