The Department shall accept title on behalf of and in the name of the State to those lands necessary or convenient for use as the southerly terminus and approach for a ferry service to be established, operated and maintained by the State Highway Commissioner of the State of New Jersey between a point in Cape May County, New Jersey, and a point in Lewes, Delaware, such lands to be located in the Town of Lewes, Sussex County.48 Del.
