§ 1719

The Commissioners appointed pursuant to this chapter shall have the authority, powers and duties and be subject to the limitations provided for in this chapter and in the said Compact between the 2 states, and together with the 6 Commissioners appointed from the state of New Jersey shall form and constitute 'the Delaware River and Bay Authority' pursuant to the Delaware-New Jersey Compact.17 Del.
