§ 1721

The Authority shall furnish each year an independent audit of its fiscal affairs, in which items of current and capital nature shall be separately set forth, and shall cause a copy of the report on such audit to be delivered to the Governor.17 Del. C. 1953, § 1721; 53 Del. Laws, c. 145.;
