(a) Whoever violates this chapter or any regulation lawfully adopted pursuant to this chapter shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $200. (b) Each day that a violation is allowed to continue after notice of its existence shall constitute a separate offense.64 Del. Laws, c. 264, § 1;
