The Department shall procure and keep in force adequate insurance upon the Bridge, including adequate use and occupancy insurance as well as insurance to defray the cost of removing obstacles from the Delaware River in the event of a collapse or other injury to such Bridge.Code 1935, c. 166; 45 Del.
