§ 329

Whoever, being a member or employee of the Department is either directly or indirectly pecuniarily interested in any contract or subcontract made in connection with the construction, improvement, repair, operation or maintenance of the Bridge, shall be fined not more than $1,000 or imprisoned not more than 2 years, or both.Code 1935, c. 166; 45 Del.
