§ 409

The Department shall procure and keep in force adequate insurance upon any toll crossing constructed or operated by it, including adequate use and occupancy insurance as well as insurance to defray the cost of removing obstacles from the Delaware River in the event of a collapse or other injury to such crossing.17 Del.
