A licensee doing business under any name other than the licensee's legal name is required to notify and receive the approval of the Insurance Commissioner prior to using the assumed name. Such notification shall include proof that the licensee has registered the assumed name with the appropriate state authority.73 Del. Laws, c. 80, § 1; 80 Del. Laws, c. 215, § 9;
