§ 310

(a) The Commissioner shall enforce and execute the duties imposed by this title. (b) The Commissioner shall have the powers and authority expressly vested by or reasonably implied from this title. (c) With respect to enforcement of the payment of fees, charges and taxes, all the provisions of law conferring powers and duties upon the State Treasurer shall also apply to the Commissioner.
