§ 3204

Any contract of insurance procured pursuant to this chapter shall provide that each employee becoming eligible for insurance thereunder shall become insured, subject to any 'actively at-work' requirement or requirements as to the health of the persons to be covered as specified in the insurance contract, at such time as the eligible employee submits an application for insurance and agrees to pay the applicable premium.18 Del.
