§ 4903

Domestic stock and mutual insurers shall be governed by the applicable provisions of the general statutes of this State relating to private corporations except where such general statutes are in conflict with the express provisions of this title and the reasonable implications of such provisions, in which case the provisions of this title shall govern.18 Del.
