(a) All suspensions or revocations of or refusals to continue an insurer's certificate of authority shall be, by the Commissioner's order, given to the insurer. (b) Upon issuance of the order, the Commissioner shall forthwith give notice thereof to the insurer's agents in this State of record in the Department, and shall likewise suspend or revoke the authority of such agents to represent the insurer.18 Del.
