§ 5505

(a) No association shall directly or indirectly issue any certificate of membership without being so authorized by a valid and subsisting certificate of authority issued to it by the Commissioner. (b) No association shall issue any certificate of membership in any other state or foreign country unless it holds a valid and subsisting certificate of authority issued to it by the Commissioner.18 Del.
