§ 115

It shall be the duty of the Attorney General of this State upon request of the Department of Labor, or any of its authorized representatives, to prosecute any violation of the law or of any rule which it is made the duty of the Department to enforce; provided the Department may, upon its own initiative, bring all necessary suits and institute such prosecutions as may be necessary properly to enforce this chapter, and shall not be required to give bond for costs or otherwise, in the event of appeal.19 Del.
