Proceedings for compensation may be instituted by the surviving parent, guardian or next friend in the case of minors claiming to be entitled to compensation, and all notices thereafter shall be given in the manner provided in this chapter to such parent, guardian or next friend.Code 1915, § 3193tt; 29 Del.
