§ 2360

Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, all compensation, except benefits pursuant to § 2326 of this title, payable under the compensatory provisions of this chapter shall be payable in periodical installments, as the wages of the employee were payable before the accident. The Board may, however, having regard to the welfare of the employee and the convenience of the employer, authorize the monthly or quarterly payment of compensation, instead of weekly.Code 1915, § 3193hh; 29 Del.
