For the purpose of complying with § 2372 of this title, groups of employers may form mutual insurance associations under the laws of this State, subject to such reasonable conditions and restrictions as may be fixed by the Department. Membership in such mutual insurance associations, so approved, together with evidence of the payment of premium dues, shall be evidence of compliance with § 2372 of this title.Code 1915, § 3193cc; 29 Del.
