Whenever any officer of the State is required to give any notice to an insurance carrier subject to Part II of this title, it may be given by personal delivery or by mailed certified letter properly addressed and stamped to the principal office or chief agent of such insurance carrier within this State or to its home office or to the secretary, general agent or chief officer thereof in the United States or to the Insurance Commissioner of the State.Code 1915, § 3193eee; 30 Del.
