§ 3154

The Department shall cooperate with the counties, cities and towns of the State and shall require such local cooperation as it deems necessary to carry out this subchapter. Any local funds granted for the cooperative maintenance of a local office shall be deposited in the State Treasury and may be withdrawn only by warrants of the Department and only for that purpose.36 Del.
