As authorized by state and federal law, divisions within the Department, the Division of Unemployment Insurance, the Office of Workers' Compensation, the Department of Insurance, the Office of the Attorney General, the Division of Revenue and other departments, agencies, or divisions of the State shall cooperate and share information concerning any suspected failure to properly classify an individual as an employee.77 Del.
