(a) The Commission shall hold regularly scheduled business meetings at least once in each quarter, and at such times as the chairperson deems necessary, or at the request of a majority of the members of the Commission. (b) The Commission shall elect a chairperson and vice-chairperson. Each officer shall serve for a 2–year term. Each officer may be reelected for an additional consecutive term.
