§ 1325a

Any employee of the Delaware Transportation Authority as of June 30, 1994, and retaining merit system status at that time who is transferred to the Delaware Transit Corporation before August 31, 1995, shall be deemed to be employed by the State in the classified service with all the benefits accrued as a merit employee as of July 31, 1995, notwithstanding any provision of § 1325 of this title to the contrary.70 Del.
