§ 1328

(a) The Authority and its subsidiaries shall be subject to all applicable provisions of the state Freedom of Information Act, Chapter 100 of Title 29. (b) Written or recorded information concerning employee addresses, work sites, times of travel, salary and other information of a personal nature, having been provided or to be provided by employers working with the Department to develop transportation programs or projects, shall be treated as confidential and shall not be considered as a public record under Chapter 100 of Title 29.62 Del.
