All provisions of Chapter 13 of this title, not inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter, unless excepted herein, shall be applicable to the Authority and its bonds issued pursuant to this chapter, including, without limitation, §§ 1303, 1305, 1309 and 1320-1328, inclusive, of this title.66 Del.
