Any funds authorized in a bond and capital improvements act for the Community Transportation Fund but not designated to a specific transportation project by June 30 of the third fiscal year of the appropriation shall be deauthorized; however, no such funds shall be deauthorized prior to July 1, 2005.69 Del.
