Each notice, required to be served pursuant to § 1803 of this title, shall contain a brief description sufficient to identify the right-of-way intended to be abandoned and sold or otherwise disposed of, together with a statement that the notice is given to afford the Department an opportunity to acquire the right-of-way or such portion thereof as may be required for public use.59 Del.
