§ 1815

Any corporation failing to comply with, violating or permitting any of its employees or agents to violate any of the provisions of §§ 1813, 1814 of this title shall, in addition to subjecting itself to any damage that may be caused by such failure or violation, be fined not less than $100 nor more than $500.59 Del.
