§ 3105

To assure the prompt, proper and effective discharge of basic state responsibilities relating to emergency management, there is hereby formally created the Delaware Emergency Management Agency of the Department of Safety and Homeland Security (hereinafter also referred to as 'DEMA').48 Del.
