(a) No vehicle shall be registered or reregistered as a 'commercial' vehicle under this chapter until the Division of Motor Vehicles has verified a legal entity's good standing with the Delaware Secretary of State and compliance with Title 30, including proof of a valid occupational or business license. (b) The Secretary of the Department of Transportation in conjunction with the Secretary of the Department of Finance shall promulgate such requirements of proof as they shall deem necessary for the administration and implementation of subsection (a) of this section.60 Del.
