§ 2146

The Department shall adopt and enforce by July 1, 1969, such administrative rules and regulations as may be necessary to insure an even distribution of vehicular inspections at the inspection places in each county on a monthly basis.21 Del. C. 1953, § 2146; 56 Del. Laws, c. 437, § 1;
