§ 2972

Any person whose license is suspended as provided in this chapter or whose policy of insurance or bond when required under this chapter is canceled or terminated or who neglects to furnish other proof upon request of the Secretary of Transportation shall immediately return the person's license to the Secretary of Transportation. If any person fails to return to the Secretary of Transportation the license as provided herein, the Secretary of Transportation shall forthwith direct any peace officer to secure possession thereof and to return the same to the Secretary of Transportation.Code 1935, § 5712U; 48 Del.
