§ 308

The Department shall retain out of the revenue collected by it a sum sufficient to provide at all times a contingent fund of $1,000, out of which it shall pay any refunds for renewal registration fees provided for in Chapter 21 of this title. Such funds shall be deposited in the financial institution which is the legal depository of the state moneys and shall be disbursable on order of the Secretary.36 Del. Laws, c. 10, § 26; 38 Del.
