§ 4372

Whoever transports upon a public highway any meat scrap, waste, bones or waste animal matter, except inside a vehicle having a closed body, the doors of which are kept securely fastened while the vehicle is moving on the highway, shall be fined not more than $115, or imprisoned not more than 30 days or both.48 Del.
