§ 4409

The rights and authority conferred by this chapter shall be in addition to, and not in lieu of, any other rights or authority possessed by any public officer or property owner with respect to abandoned vehicles.21 Del. C. 1953, § 4409; 55 Del. Laws, c. 173.;
