§ 104

(a) Complaints pertaining to the subject matter of this chapter shall be filed and processed in accordance with § 8735 of Title 29. (b) The Board shall conduct hearings in accordance with Chapter 101 of Title 29.16 Del. Laws, c. 449, § 1; Code 1915, § 953; Code 1935, § 1065; 23 Del. C. 1953, § 104; 64 Del.
