§ 1102

Whoever sweeps for or takes possession of anchors, cables or buoys within 1 mile of the Delaware Breakwater or ice breaker, unless it be the person who has lost such anchor, cable or buoy, or the person's agent, shall be fined not less than $5.00 nor more than $50.Code 1852, § 1233; Code 1915, § 2950; Code 1935, § 3458; 23 Del.
