(a) (1) An applicant applying for licensure by examination shall successfully pass, with a score established by the Board, a validated practical examination prepared and administered by the Board. (2) The examination required under paragraph (a)(1) of this section must be validated as to content and scoring by a member of the faculty of an accredited school of dentistry who meets all of the following: a.
