§ 1179

Whoever violates any provision or law relating to the practice of dentistry or dental hygiene or the application for examination and licensing of dentists and registration of dental hygienists, for which no specific penalty has been prescribed, shall be fined not less than $500 nor more than $1,000.Code 1915, § 892Z; 38 Del.
