§ 1305

(a) The Board shall determine the qualifications of security guards, private investigators, armored car guards, private security agencies, private investigative agencies, and armored car agencies. (b) The Board shall promulgate all rules and regulations necessary in carrying out the provisions of this chapter. (c) The Board shall investigate alleged violations of any provision of this chapter or rule or regulation promulgated thereunder. (d) The Board may deny, suspend or revoke any application, registration or license. (e) The Board may conduct a criminal history background check pursuant to the procedures set forth in Chapter 85 of Title 11 for the purposes of licensing any individual pursuant to this chapter.69 Del.
