Anyone who wishes to be licensed as a private investigator, under this chapter, must meet and maintain the same qualifications as a security guard under § 1314 of this title, and must also be at least 21 years of age.69 Del. Laws, c. 285, § 3; 81 Del. Laws, c. 99, § 15;
