(a) No license for the operation of an adult-oriented retail business under this chapter, or renewal thereof, shall be issued unless the applicant shall have paid the nonrefundable application fee as provided in § 1613 of this title. (b) No license for the operation of any adult entertainment establishment under this chapter, nor renewal thereof, shall be issued unless the applicant shall have paid the nonrefundable application fee as provided in § 1613 of this title. (c) Nothing in this chapter, however, shall be construed to affect or impair in any manner the requirements of Title 30. (d) Each license granted pursuant to this chapter shall be for a period of 1 year and may only be renewed by making a new application in the manner provided in this chapter.61 Del.
